Rich, woody-nutty, with walnuts and quince fruit. Soft, round middle is given grip by oak. Delicate, languid, round but not fatty, with a light spicy dry finish and ripe walnuts releasing at back. Very good example of the dry-but-glyceric richness of Oloroso.
