Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Some olive trees are scattered throughout the vineyards of Álvaro Palacios, which is a secular and peculiar tradition. Located within the township of Gratallops, L'Ermita, Finca Dofí and other vineyards show the mark tradition has left with some Rojal, Arbequina and Morrut olive trees, over 500 years old. With aromas of fresh and ripe apples, fresh vegetables, grated lemon and pepper rind, these flavours are accompanied by fennel and eucalyptus. The oil is juicy, yet soft, delicate, with a great consistency, freshness and persistent finish.
